The owners had an original 1922 extremely tiny bathroom. They desperately wanted something more spacious, but didn't want to tear up the house or build an extension.

While they thought of expanding into the adjacent linen closet, we suggested instead to blow out into the end of the hallway. Closet space is Gold in NDG homes! Plus, with the old, upper balcony gone, the hall & door now led nowhere, so it presented the perfect solution.

For the look, they wanted something bright and modern that still respected the house's Century-Old character.

So we incorporated classic marble with transitional finishings, and added a pop of gold to bring it up a notch.
