The owners wanted to revamp their outdoor living space, but were limited by Municipal regulations. They also wanted something that did not obstruct their gorgeous view of the lake.
So we worked within their allowable footprint & created a long deck with two dedicated spaces, added an accent wall for privacy and used cable railings to create openness.
The owners were thrilled with the results.
