The owners purchased this cottage as an income property and brought us in to come up with a cost-conscious design to make it cozy & rentable.

The first thing we did was open up the kitchen and move the current dining area into

that new space, which now had a wonderful view of the lake.

Next, we extend the bathroom into the old dining area, installed a large new shower, moved the washer/dryer into this space, added recessed lighting and stylish new finishes.

In the guest bedroom, we removed the closet and extended the space into an awkward nook in the living area.

We added a versatile sleeper sectional and rustic finishes throughout.

Our clients loves it so much, they're considering keeping it for themselves.
