The owners felt their living room & dining room had a tired look and wanted to freshen things up but keep cost down.

Working with the furniture we had, we decided to turn their classic NDG home into a “loft” style space. We painted both rooms a crisp, white paint and added bold accents to create a big, loft feel.

In the living room, we installed a custom-made floor-to-ceiling mirror, and crafted a rich navy accent wall in the dining room. To pull everything together, we added modern gold lights, hardware and accessories.

Our clients love it so much, they’re now rethinking a move to a condo near the canal.
