The owners lost the original cottage in a horrible fire, October 2020.

Given it was a rental property, they were eager to rebuild as quickly as possible. The ideal solution for them was a Boreal home. While the kit they selected matched their budget, the design did not meet their needs. So we tweaked the plan to maximize usable space, and have been managing the project since the insurance adjuster left in November.

We broke ground on January 15, and in less than 5 months, we had the entire cottage rebuilt, completely decorated & renter-ready for their busy summer season.
